Dave Giles, while a very cordial man, adheres to making the Sabbath Day of the Jews into the Lord's Day for the church. Mr. Giles and I engaged in a two day debate split between the Seventh Day Adventist building and the church of Christ's in Forest Grove, Oregon in the Fall of 2002.

Bot refused to answer simple questions regarding Matthew 19:9. He stated that teaching on this passage is NOT relevant to the Philippines. He would not answer if Filippinos could send their spouse away or commit adultery. (If Matthew 19:9 would is irrelevant to a country, no one in that country has the ability to send their spouse away and no one in that country can commit adultery. That place doesn't exist in this world!) Bot seemingly thinks that only the Death, Burial and Ressurection (DBR) constitutes gospel. He evidently makes a distinction between "gospel" and "doctrine."

Subscribes that God's law for marriage is only for those who are in the kingdom. To be consistent, Mr. Hickman would have to marry a couple who decided to come to the Lord. What about Christians who are married to unbelievers?

Defended Shane Scott's teaching at Florida College. Stated plainly that he could not say the days of Genesis were ages or literal days at the FC Lectures. The work week is based upon the creation week (Ex. 20:8ff). Jesus taught that if we cannot believe Moses' writings, then we will not believe His words (Jn. 5:46, 47). Mr. Jenkins never acknowledged our plea to engage in a public discussion. Please see: "Making Sense"
Advocates a form of "Unity and Diversity" over doctrinal areas.

Holds to the "Unity In Diversity" position. Advocates that eating blood is a cultural liberty rather than a doctrinal transgression.
ACTS 15:28, 29:
28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.

Mr. Mathews is a modernist who when presented with any seemingly contradiction between science and the Bible will choose to reject the Bible. He plainly stated that the Bible is human work with human errors. One should contrast this to Paul's statement about inspiration (2 Tim. 3:16, 17).
To see how Mathews fellowships Jews, Muslims, Catholics, Mormons and how he is disgusted with any who claim to possess truth see: " David Mathews So-called Missionary Trip to Yellowstone" This shocking email also shows that he wants others to pay for his vacations under the guise of some "Missionary Society." He shows his moral fiber by wanting to be first in line to preach to those wearing binkinis at beaches!

Mr. Maxey believes the "doctrine of Christ" in 2 John 9 is only "ABOUT" Christ and not what Christ and His apostles taught. He also rejects the eternal punishment of hell and openly defended the use of mechanical instruments in worship.

MAYS, LARRY |
Mr. Mays is a Seventh Day Adventist preacher in Sunnyside, Washington. I have had a personal encounter with him which was spurred on from a series of articles that we published in a local newspaper exposing the errors of Adventism. He didn't care for what I wrote and wanted to voice his opposition to it. We met again in the building where the Lord's church assembles here in Sunnyside and had a lengthy discussion. He gave me some materials that he had written and wanted me to view it. I agreed but also wanted him to agree to have a public discussion regarding this subject. Through several letters he declined and would only consider it as long as there would be no more than "eight" people present. (If I recall correctly "eight" was the number he used. . .surprisingly it was not "seven.") He charged in another letter that only the Devil wins a debate. Then I guess Satan won every public controversy with Jesus and the apostles in the New Testament! We cannot answer for why Mr. Mays cowers away from a public discussion, but there is one reason that I know is true; he doesn't have the truth on his side. Such would put anyone at a disadvantage. He probably recognizes this. Mr. Mays, if you read this, the proposition still remains for a public discussion of Sabbath Keeping. I will affirm that the fourth commandment in the Decalogue was never given to the NT church and that the first day of the week is the "Lord's Day." What say you?

METHOD BINDING MUTILATORS OF DIVORCE |
We expose several who are acting as Pharisees binding certain methods in order for a divorce to be scriptural. These men also take away the Jesus given right of the vow-abiding non-fornicator to put away the sexal immoral pervert if the fornicator is the fastest to divorce or if the innocent one is delayed and is longsuffering, patient and hopeful that her spouse will come to his senses.
They contend that if in the process she by chance becomes the "put away" person, then she cannot ever remarry.

- Wants to Debate But Cannot Answer Questions (this is a series of exchanges between Randy Duvall and Steven J. Wallace. Caution, Randy's exchanges lack scripture, courtesy and Christianity. All who disagree with his "contention" are regarded as "terrorists" in the church!

Mr. Steutker is a very cordial man but is adamantly opposed to the Lord's teaching regarding baptism for salvation. Kurt holds to Calvin's doctrine. We engaged in a public debate in the Fall of 1999 at the church of Christ in Saint Leon, Indiana.
